HVAC Maintenance
Bi-Annual Maintenance Plan for Central HVAC Systems - $249/year
Includes two visits per year, priority service, and a 10% discount on future repairs. Each visit includes a filter change (filter cost additional). Please inform us if you have any specific filtration needs.
Spring Visit: Preventative Maintenance - A/C
Inspection of components and connections: refrigerant charge, thermostat, wiring, contacts, capacitors, relays, evaporator coil, condenser, condensation drain line, outdoor disconnect, condenser fan motor and blades, compressor at startup.
Fall Visit: Preventative Maintenance - Heating
Inspection of components and connections: gas valve, burner assembly, igniter, flame sensor, safety switches, draft inducer and venting, indoor blower, air filter, proper ignition sequence, control board.
If repairs are recommended, an estimate will be provided.
Annual Service Plan - $149/year
For homes with only heating systems or homeowners who prefer one visit per year for A/C:

HVAC Installation
Professional and Affordable
Estimates are free. New system installations are designed around the actual house — correct sizing, proper airflow, and code-compliant workmanship, with permits handled.
Client Portal and Records
Every visit is documented. Customers get access to detailed service records through our client portal — useful for warranty claims, home sales, and knowing exactly what’s been done to your system and when. Documented maintenance also protects your manufacturer warranty.
