Comfort Mavericks LLC is an owner-operated HVAC contractor in Oceanside with over 20 years of trade experience behind it. We hold a California C-20 license (#1145040), carry full insurance and bonding, and our founder and lead technician, Travis, is EPA certified with deep experience in both residential and commercial HVAC. We specialize in residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and installation.

What that means for you: the person diagnosing your system has done this work for two decades, explains it in plain language, and treats integrity and problem-solving as the job — not an upsell script. Our customers understand the work we do and why, before we do it.

Meet the Owner

Born and raised in the small town of San Andreas in the foothills of Northern California, Travis developed a passion for technical endeavors from a young age. His first love was music, inspired by his mother and older brother. Starting piano lessons at age five and transitioning to the guitar at twelve, Travis was particularly drawn to Spanish classical guitar, a skill he honed under the guidance of his father.

As a teenager, Travis’ technical interests expanded to computers, programming, and web design, building a foundation in problem-solving that carries straight into HVAC diagnostics today. His journey from a young foreman to a seasoned service technician across Southern California is the backbone of how Comfort Mavericks operates.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar. His commitment to family, community, and continuous learning drives the vision and values of Comfort Mavericks LLC.
